New build, worth the premium imo.
Listing said pet-friendly. After signing they wanted an extra £600 "per building policy" — textbook bait & switch.
Area is "up-and-coming" on paper but budget for a taxi after 10pm. Bus stops are unlit and the walk crosses empty lots.
